WHEN YOU CONSENT TO BEING PART OF THE HERON TOOK FLIGHT, YOU:

• Grant permission for the recording- therefore transcription- to be edited and shared across our platforms- and any further platforms that may be created- social media and THE HERON TOOK FLIGHT’S promotional materials

• Consent to the use of your photograph (or portrait equivalent) for promotional content

• Retain full ownership of your own work while granting THE HERON TOOK FLIGHT permission to reproduce, quote, or reference your work in related materials

• Understand that your participation is voluntary and unpaid, and that THE HERON TOOK FLIGHT retains full and final editorial control over the interview, transcription and publication

• Acknowledge that any edit requests must be made within 48 hours of your interview

• Understand that your personal data will be stored securely and handled in line with UK data protection laws (GDPR)
